Delivery terms
The products sold on the site are deliverable in Switzerland and mainland France only at home.
Delivery delay

The approximate time is approximately 1 to 3 working days in Switzerland and 3 to 5 working days in metropolitan France. The Products ordered will be sent to the address you indicated during the ordering process. We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by the indication by you of an erroneous or incomplete address. For home delivery, if the recipient is absent when our transport provider passes by, the package will be left at a collection point near the delivery address. Shipping pricing policy
Home delivery: the flat-rate shipping costs for standard delivery to the address indicated in Switzerland amount to 5 Swiss francs for all orders. In Metropolitan France, these amount to 9 Swiss francs.
Upon withdrawal, you are the owner and responsible for the product. Apart from cases of hidden defects or product defects, any damage to the product occurring after the day of withdrawal will be considered as resulting from your own doing and cannot be opposed to the seller for a refund or exchange request.
Attention :

Article 13. RETURN AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
